By downloading or using Bowling Tracker (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Bowling Tracker grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
The App offers optional one-time non-consumable in-app purchases (currently "Live Match Scoring"). Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Once unlocked, the feature is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices using "Restore Purchases."
You retain all rights to data you enter into the App, including rosters, match scores, and photos. The developer does not claim ownership of your data.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to collect and store data about third parties (including minors) in the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
If you enable Live Match Scoring (Google Sheets Live Feed or Parent Live Scoring), you are responsible for the player names you enter into the App, including opponent player names. Names you enter will be visible to anyone who can access the destination (a shared Google Sheet, or invited parent devices). If you do not want an opponent's real name displayed, leave the opponent's name field blank or enter an alias — the App will substitute a generic position label in its place. Bowling Tracker has no control over the names you enter and does not review them before publishing. This is in addition to, and does not replace, your general consent obligations under Section 5.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
